2 YOGA BLOCKS - preferably a firm one like the Manduka cork or firm foam blocks
MEDITATION CUSHION - If you already have one that works, bring it. If you don't have one yet, you may wait until we have a "how to modify your sit" class so that you get the right one for you. I plan on offering this sometime in October or November for those who are registered and again the first weekend of training.
YOGA STRAP - preferably one with a good buckle, width for comfort and length for our uses
YOGA WHEEL - Optional but very helpful
TENNIS & LACROSSE BALLS - Will be provided before or the first weekend of training.
PEANUT - We will make our own. I will bring supplies for it.
